These steps include ensuring AI comprehension, addressing employee concerns, fostering AI collaboration, establishing AI context, and calibrating AI effectiveness. The report’s findings underscore the need for organizations to develop a comprehensive AI strategy that addresses the concerns and needs of their knowledge workers.
