The rapid adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) in the workplace has sparked concerns among professionals about its impact on their industry, job security, and workload. A recent survey of 1,027 respondents reveals that 74.8% are worried about AI’s impact on their industry, with concerns increasing with age. However, a significant majority (78.1%) believe AI could reduce job-related stress, and 76.7% think it will reduce the number of working days in the week. The survey also highlights that Americans are keen to learn AI skills, with 79.1% wanting training from their employers. Despite concerns, the study suggests that professionals see the benefits of AI in improving productivity and reducing stress, but they need guidance from their employers to harness its potential.
