Mars has introduced an innovative AI tool named Brahma, developed by their One Demand Data & Analytics team, to expedite product concept creation and enhance marketing strategies. Brahma leverages extensive consumer insights from studies involving 80,000 individuals and 800,000 consumption moments across 11 countries. This powerful AI can generate up to 50 new product ideas daily, significantly accelerating the innovation process. During a recent North American workshop, Brahma’s rapid ideation capabilities allowed Mars to share new product concepts with consumers in a fraction of the usual time. Additionally, Brahma is transforming Mars’ marketing by dynamically optimizing media assets and spend, aligning with non-linear consumer journeys. With the average consumer spending 6.5 hours online daily, Mars uses AI to pinpoint consumer interests and deliver personalized, relevant advertisements. This approach has doubled click-through rates and boosted sales lifts by nearly 70% compared to traditional promotions, demonstrating significant improvements in consumer engagement and marketing efficiency.
