Intuit, the company behind TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, is set to introduce a new AI system designed to help businesses enhance their marketing strategies and increase revenue. The “revenue intelligence” technology leverages always-on predictive and generative AI models to offer marketers precise recommendations on optimal timing for customer targeting and personalized content creation. This initiative is part of a broader trend of tech companies harnessing AI to make their products more effective and appealing. The new tools will debut at Intuit’s annual customer event in London on June 13, with global early access available for interested users. A core feature of the system will integrate QuickBooks’ financial data to help marketers identify missed opportunities, benchmark against peers, and suggest sales-driving discounts. This technology is designed to work seamlessly within Mailchimp’s platform, providing actionable insights without needing additional tools. Moreover, the system can predict revenue potential from various customer segments, recommend timing for marketing messages, create branded content, and visualize data to aid marketers in prioritizing growth. Intuit has a history of incorporating AI into its products, with previous innovations like Intuit Assist for Mailchimp. Alongside the AI system, Mailchimp is also rolling out expanded SMS marketing features in the U.K., following a successful U.S. launch that saw significant returns on investment.
