Ayna, a Bengaluru-based generative AI startup, has secured $1.5 million in seed funding led by Inflexor Ventures, marking a significant milestone in the company’s mission to democratize high-quality product photography. The funding will be utilized to enhance Ayna’s AI capabilities, expand its team, and accelerate its goal of making studio-quality product photography accessible to businesses of all sizes. Co-founded by Aastha Rajpal and Yash Bansal, Ayna has already empowered prominent brands like Reliance Retail’s Clovia, Wakefit, and WomanLikeU to create professional product photoshoots without the need for physical studios. What sets Ayna apart is its proprietary compound foundational models (CFMs), which provide brands with granular control over every detail of their product images. This eliminates costly overhead, lengthy turnaround times, and creative limitations, allowing brands to optimize product visuals for maximum conversion. The funding comes at a time when generative AI startups have raised nearly $100 million in the past six months, with Ayna being the latest addition to this growing list.
