Sabre Hospitality has introduced SynXis Concierge.AI, a generative artificial intelligence tool designed to enhance customer service within the hotel industry. This innovative solution is initially being deployed by Sabre’s customer care and delivery teams to handle hotel customer interactions more effectively. Scott Wilson, president of Sabre Hospitality, highlighted that SynXis Concierge.AI aims to deliver swift and precise responses, thereby elevating the overall customer service experience. Sabre plans to further integrate this AI tool into its community portal and explore its potential applications in existing products, aiming to boost efficiency and drive conversion rates. Amy Read, Sabre Hospitality’s vice president of innovation, emphasized that generative AI represents a significant technological advancement for the hospitality sector, offering new opportunities for operational efficiency and personalized guest experiences. Additionally, Sabre’s president and CEO, Kurt Ekert, outlined three key applications of generative AI: expediting coding processes, automating manual tasks, and embedding AI within current airline and hospitality tools.
