Moreover, 82% of healthcare leaders acknowledge the positive impact of virtual care on easing staff shortages, with 40% using it to expand special services to underserved communities. The report also highlights the potential of data-driven insights to reduce health disparities, with 96% of respondents recognizing their potential. However, concerns about data bias in AI widening health disparities are also voiced by 79% of healthcare leaders.
