These technologies range from RAVEN, an open-source framework for machine learning and digital twinning, to the Inspection Portal, which analyzes data to optimize nuclear plant operations. These AI-driven systems can detect anomalies, read gauges, and even predict maintenance needs, significantly reducing the need for manual inspections and freeing up human resources for more critical tasks. They can also evaluate the economic efficiency of different energy mixes, ensuring optimal electricity production. The expo highlighted both in-house developed AI solutions and adapted existing models, underscoring the versatility and potential of AI in nuclear power. The event, now in its second year, aims to foster collaboration and share cutting-edge research within the AI community, promising a future where AI continues to drive advancements in nuclear technology.
