Rocketlane, a SaaS startup with a footprint in the U.S., India, and Europe, has secured $24 million in new funding to enhance its platform for professional services teams. These teams often struggle with fragmented tools, causing project delays and client dissatisfaction. Rocketlane offers an all-in-one professional services automation (PSA) platform, streamlining tasks such as time tracking, resource management, and client communication. Founded in April 2020 by entrepreneurs Srikrishnan Ganesan, Vignesh Girishankar, and Deepak Bala, the company initially focused on customer onboarding but has since expanded its scope. The fresh investment, co-led by 8VC, Matrix Partners India, and Nexus Venture Partners, will facilitate the integration of AI features to better understand customer feedback and improve service delivery. Rocketlane also plans to enhance its customer portal and expand its workforce in the U.S. and Europe. The startup has a strong client base, including SalesLoft and OpenGov, and has seen significant growth, with a 3.1x increase in revenues in 2023.
