Berlin-based startup Synthflow has secured a $7.4 million seed round to enhance its no-code AI voice assistance platform aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Founded in spring 2022, the company has now accumulated $9.1 million in total funding, reflecting strong investor confidence in generative AI applications. Synthflow’s platform, which launched in December 2023, has rapidly gained traction, nearing 1,000 customers with double-digit monthly growth rates. The funding will bolster research and development efforts to expand the platform’s capabilities and reach. CEO Hakob Astabatsyan emphasizes the tool’s ability to automate essential tasks like appointment scheduling, thus freeing up human resources for more complex activities. Synthflow’s no-code interface allows non-technical users to easily configure voice agents for various tasks, making AI technology accessible to SMEs. The startup is also focusing on integrating third-party software and enhancing its AI models to handle more sophisticated queries. With a keen eye on customer needs, the team aims to further develop features like live inventory checks and task-specific AI handoffs.
