To maintain and grow their careers, lawyers must adapt to these changes by embracing new technologies, leveling up their practice, and listening to their clients to provide the services they want. This requires not only mastering the changing practice of law but also understanding the complex technological and regulatory environment that clients operate in. Lawyers must gain expertise in technology law and regulation, advise clients on how to manage their legal and business issues, and understand how business is being done.
