Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale, a pioneer in Artificial Intelligence (AI) adoption since 2016, is expanding its collaboration with IBM to accelerate and industrialize the deployment of generative AI. The mutualist group plans to deploy thirty-five AI use cases in Crédit Mutuel and CIC networks, with the first set expected to be available this summer. This collaboration will enable the group to maintain its lead in AI and free up nearly 1 million hours of administrative work, allowing its 25,000 advisors to focus on serving their members and clients. The group’s commitment to ethical and trustworthy AI is reflected in its adoption of a charter for trustworthy AI, which sets out commitments that govern the use of AI.
