This program seeks to differentiate itself from traditional accelerators and pre-seed programs by modeling its approach on Mayfield’s entrepreneur-in-residence (EIR) experience. The firm plans to welcome up to five aspiring founders into its office every six months, scaling and formalizing its EIR program.
