Overview of the Initiative

Yotta Data Services, in partnership with nasscom AI and Telangana AI Mission, has introduced the Shambho Accelerator Program. This program is designed to support over 3,600 deeptech startups in India by providing them with access to advanced AI and cloud infrastructure, essential technical support, and valuable mentorship. The initiative focuses on fostering innovation in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, cloud computing, and data science, aiming to empower startups to create groundbreaking solutions.

Key Features of the Program

  • The first cohort will include startups from nasscom’s GenAI Foundry, which identifies promising AI startups.
  • Participants will have access to Shakti Cloud, India’s fastest AI-HPC supercomputer, with credits of up to $200,000.
  • Yotta’s Shakti Cloud, powered by NVIDIA’s H100 Tensor Core GPUs, will enable startups to develop AI products efficiently.
  • Tailored mentorship sessions will address each startup’s unique needs, focusing on technical development and business strategy.

Importance of the Program

This initiative is crucial for the growth of India’s tech ecosystem, especially as deeptech startups increasingly adopt advanced technologies. By providing essential resources and support, the Shambho Accelerator Program aims to democratize access to high-performance computing. This will significantly lower barriers for startups, enabling them to innovate and compete effectively in the global market. The program aligns with India’s goal of becoming a $5 trillion economy by fostering a robust environment for AI innovation.
