NVIDIA and bunq, a leading European neobank, have joined forces to combat financial fraud using advanced generative AI technologies. This partnership leverages NVIDIA’s GPU-accelerated computing and AI Enterprise software to power bunq’s fraud detection systems. The collaboration has resulted in a 100-fold increase in the speed of fraud detection model training, enabling more efficient processing of larger datasets, enhancing accuracy, and reducing false positives. Bunq, established in 2012 as the first new bank in Europe with a license in over 30 years, is expanding its use of AI not only in fraud detection but also in customer service, marketing, and more. This strategic move significantly boosts operational efficiency and improves customer experience, setting new standards in financial security and user engagement.
